Hi Brian,

If you are looking for an IC with the same function as TPS51116 but with a 5A current sink/source capability, I don't think we have one.

You can look through the catalog search page, but for DDR devices the VTT current is usually +/-3A or less.

I'm not seeing a 1MHz option either unfortunately. Multiple devices sit in the 600kHz range.
