Hi team,

My customer has a question regarding the bahavior when the signal is applied to EN pin is appied when VIN=0V.

In the other thread, it was mentioned that it's likely to damage the internal ESD diode.

Could you let me know the possible failure mode when the ESD diode at EN pin is damaged?

Will the EN pin be short-to-VIN, or open mode?

Hi Kazuki,

Can you please let me know which thread you are referring to? A damaged ESD diode can result in unknown damages to the device. Once a device is damaged it is hard to predict the outcome due to possibilities of other internal failures alongside.

I would like more information on the previous discussion please.
