My customer needs latch-off when thermal shutdown occurs like mechanical fuse. Is it possible?

Through mode pin we can do that.

Sorry, my question was incorrect. How about at short-circuit event? Can it be latch-off?

Hi Hisao,

In short circuit, irrespective of mode and variant device will retry once and after first TSD it will behave based on mode selected.
