TPS1641: No output from TPS16412DRCR

Hi Sir:

Please help to check if our schematic design has any problem.

Since now we can't get any output from TPS16412DRCR.

Now in no load condition we can only measure about 0.5V from the out pin (10).

What might be the problem or we're missong something here?

    Hi Kyle,

    Your current limit is set at 0.0492A which I feel is very low and the device is going into Active Current Limit (ACL). In ACL, the vout is decided by current limit and output resistance. Can you try replacing the R678 with some smaller value (like keep 10K or something for testing) and test if the device works correctly.
