Hi Chi,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Most of our team members are out of office this week due to holidays in the USA.
Before we make any recommendation, can you please answer some questions for us?
Do you need a single channel or dual channel isolated gate driver?
May we know what is the working voltage do you need?
Does this need to be Automotive grade or industrial?
Any particular reason you are looking for the device with creepage of >15mm? In other words, would agency certified re-inforced isolated driver would work if we cannot have a driver with 15mm creepage?
Someone from our team will reach out to you soon.
Regards,
Ritesh
Hi Chi,
Do you have any update from the customer on this? We have a variety of isolated gate drivers that may meet the customer's requirements, although 15mm is a very high amount of creepage.
Thanks,
Alex M.

Hi Chi,
TI is in the process of releasing the UCC5350M-Q1 in a DWL package: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpss116/mpss116.pdf
It has about 15mm of clearance, and an even greater distance for creepage. It should be available for samples soon.
Will this device satisfy the customer's requirement? If not, what additional features are needed?
Best regards,
Sean
Hi Sean,
do we have any industry standard, and already RTM device?
Br
Chi
Hi Chi,
IEC 60664-1 ED3 is the standard that TI uses to determine "clearances to withstand transient over-voltages". This will be the first TI gate driver with a DWL package.
Best regards,
Sean
