BQ2970: How to disable external FET?

Hello everyone,

After completing comprehensive testing of the product, the customer wanted to reduce the power consumption of the battery.

They need to maintain battery capacity while storing finished goods in storage facilities.

So can we force the bq29703 to turn off the FET? and how to do it?

    Hi, 

    There isn't a way to turn off the FET manually without inducing a fault or disconnecting the battery cell.
