Last week, I submitted two requests through the link that you mentioned above, but each request was denied and no specific reason was given:

"Unfortunately you have provided information that is not valid for this type of request so it is denied."

All of my profile information is correct and complete, so there is nothing else for me to update.

That is what prompted me to contact TI Support directly.

Thank you for your help - I've just checked my TI Dashboard Secure Resources page, and there is nothing available there:

Additionally, our company email Spam filter blocked the EXE attachment in the message that you sent. The only attachment that I received was a TXT file containing this message:

"Symantec Mail Security replaced F311_03_08_0001_ReleaseFiles.zip with this text message. The original text contained prohibited content and was deleted."

Could you please try to re-send or re-post?
