Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS74801
Hi Team,
May I know whether we have PSpice model for TPS74801-Q1?
Or we should directly use the PSpice model of TPS74801.
Is there any difference between them?
Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you.

Dear Evan,
Thank you for your question. I do not see a simulation for this device online as well. What are you trying to simulate? Often time the best simulation is through actually testing the device simply on a bench when it comes to certain characteristics.
Thank you,
Josh
Hi Josh,
Except for bench test, we need to simulate the TPS74801TDRCRQ1 on Pspice as well based on OEM's requirement(Car maker).
Could you help to check whether we can use the commercial grade model for simulation? Any difference?
Thank you.
Dear Evan,
Yes you can use the TPS74801 pspice model but keep in mind that it is merely behavioral and some tests might not align with the actual performance of the part. They share the same die so it will be okay to use.
Thank you,
Josh
