BQ40Z80: Full charge capacity and remaining capacity

Hi Team,

When the mass-produced battery was used in the product, it was found that the fully charged capacity and the remaining capacity became 0. There is also a relative rate of change, the battery display is always 100%. Customer would like to know what causes the data to jump?

    Hello Annie,

    There are many reasons for FCC to report 0mAh. Can you share the .gg file and the log where this occurs? Did they perform a learning cycle and find the correct Chem ID using GPCCHEM?
