The BQ40Z80 protection board was used in customer products, and it was found that the equalization started abnormally, and the battery voltage difference was only 1-2mV. There is no charging at this time, but CB has been set and communication has been connected to the host. If the SMBus communication end is disconnected from the host, balancing is turned off. Customer would like to know what caused this?
