Why did you use nmos for the switching transistor in the lm2736?
If you use PMOS, it will be possible to configure it without CBOOST.
Is it because of the size of P/NMOS?

Hi Park,
Zixu will reply you after New Year holiday. Appreciate your understanding.
Hi Park,
The performance of PMOS is not as good as NMOS based on current process including the size, current driving capability and other parameters.
So most buck converters are using NMOS for high-side FET.
