EV2400: How to make a EV2400 tool

The EVM documentation isn't intended to produce the EV2400. TI doesn't provide the EV2400 firmware for a blank MSP. You can get a FW updater from https://www.ti.com/tool/EV2400 which has the actual FW but we do not have the resources to support programming a blank MSP on a non TI produced EV2400 clone.

I do't need the source code, I just wat make the MCU run as normal.

It's probably possible but not supported by TI.
