Hi,

I am planning to use LM25118-Q1 in design. From webench report, the junction temperature rise is around 20Celsius with 130mA load current.

Can you share excel sheet which has relevant formula of Power consumption and Junction temperature calculation ? 

I doubt webench simulation may show higher power consumption and higher rise in junction temperature.
