I have three TPS3703A4080DSER to share only one VCT pin from FPGA as below. The three Reset# pins are seperated.
I found only when all three Reset# changed to low level, VCT can unlatch the status.
In other words, if two TPS3703(A&B) are always in monitor window, but one TPS3703(C) exceeded the window and now is back in the window. Now only the Reset# of C is low level, but high level on VCT, such as 1.8V, can not unlatch the Reset# of C back to high level. Only Reset# of A,B and C are all low level, VCT can function.
How can I fix this problem? Thanks!
