Hi,

I am a Device Support Engineer from BPM Microsystems. We are currently working on supporting the device 'TPS65930400RWERQ1' using our programmer via I2C interface.

Can you provide us with a programming guide on how to program the device via I2C with all necessary steps. And also can you provide us with a sample data file.

This is a urgent request. Kindly provide us with all necessary documents. Thanks!

Can you provide us with a sample data file. Also, can you provide us a power on sequence for NVM programming, I am not able to establish communication with the device.

Do you have 3.3V or 5V supplied to VCCA? Do you see 1.8V on the VRTC and LDOVINT pins indicating that both internal LDOs are turned on?

What I2C addresses are you using on TPS65930400?

I supplied 5V to the device. Is 5V to VCCA is enough to power up the device and establish communication?

I gave 5V to VCCA, and then tried to see to what addresses the device was giving an ack, starting from 0 to FF. I never got ack for any addresses.

Is there any kind of mode entry before we communicate the device via I2C? Should we keep the EN pin low?

Hello Vigita,

Please look at Page 3, Table 2-1 of the document I sent you in an earlier reply. VIO_IN must also be supplied.

No special mode entry is needed. Please note that TPS65930400, GPIO3 and GPIO4 should be pulled low for I2C without CRC.
