Johny Radio...
Check out the TI Isolated DC/DC converter & modules landing page then maybe consider Converters->Fly-buck converters and parametrically filter "Control mode" to Constant on-time (COT). Several controller options exist and within each controller landing page you will find helpful app notes, EVMs, User Guides that should help. If you need additional support for a specific TI product, please submit a new E2E thread with the TI part number in the title so the best product expert can be assigned to help.

Awesome! But the reference circuits all appear to be PSR devices. Is there an SSR configuration? I'll submit a new thread with part number.
Thx!
That I'm not sure about but if you select one of the COT PSR devices and submit an E2E thread, you should get connected with a product expert inside that product line who may be able to better help.
