We test BQ76952 will shut down when the temperature exceeds 66 ° C,AFE internal LDO also has no output,How to solve this problem
Hello Xiang,
Can you describe in more detail what exactly are you seeing? What is the voltage of REG18?
Can you share your settings (as a .gg.csv file)?
Best Regards,
Luis Hernandez Salomon
We tested the performance of low temperature from -40 ° C to 85 ° C, and when -40 ° C increased to below 65 ° C, AFE collection was normal, REG18 output 1.8V and internal LDO output 3.3V. When the temperature rose to 66 ° C, AFE collection was interrupted and it was found that the internal LDO output stopped, and the voltage of REG18 is 1.8V at the temperatures above 66 ° C
Below picture is the setting file
Hello Xiang,
If SOT is raised to a higher threshold, is there a problem?

Hello Xiang,
Since REG18 is 1.8-V, this means that the device is not in SHUTDOWN mode. This could mean that the device did not initiate SHUTDOWN, or the device entered soft-shutdown. Soft-shutdown can be entered if the device initiates a SHUTDOWN sequence and there's a thermistor/resistor to Vss on the TS2 pin.
If that's the case, the device can exit soft-shutdown by pulling RST_SHUT high for less than 1-second. Can they try this?
