BQ76952: Stand-Alone Balancing Algorithm

Dear TI Experts,

We are working on Stand-Alone Balancing Algorithm using BQ7695202 . We have referred to Technical Reference Manual (SLUUBY2B) section 10. Accordingly the setting parameters mentioned have been implemented and set for charging mode. The parameters have been set correctly as intended. This is getting verified. But the cell balancing process is not initiating as expected. 
Kindly suggest what might have gone wrong or the issue.
