Hi,
I would like to use the new LP5810 LED driver in a new design, but I can't find any info on the TI site for the exact land pattern for the BGA variants. The site says it's a DSBGA-9 (YBH), but this package is not listed in the searchable list of packages, and the data sheet only has the land pattern for the WSON variants.
Is the DSBGA-9 (YBH) land pattern the same pitch and ball size as the other DSBGA variants with different pin counts? Those appear to all be 0.4mm pitch, ⌀0.2mm, although roughly half of the links to those documents are broken so it's difficult to get a high degree of confidence on that one. (side note.. someone from TI should go through the package list and fix all the broken links!).
Thanks in advance for any help,
Josh
Hi Josh,
Would you mind tell me your email address? I can share the DSBGA package drawing via email to you.

Additionally... I realise that this is a new product, but there are sentences in the data sheet that don't make sense. It's as though they're copy/pasted from the data sheet of a similar product. e.g. section 10.2.3.1 Input Capacitor Selection discusses the choice of capacitors for an integrated boost converter, despite this device not having a boost converter. There's a lot about this product's information and resources that feels unfinished!
Hi Josh,
Thanks for your reminder! We will fix those sentences later.
Please check your email, I have sent the file to you.
