BQ76952: MOS maximum drive capability of BQ76952

Hi

I would like to know how many pairs of MOS can the BQ76952 drive at most?

The document zhcaah9a only introduces the situation of up to 12 pairs of MOS. If I want to drive 16 pairs of MOS, the document does not explain whether the driving capability of BQ76952 is enough.

    Hello Star,

    Driving 16 FETs should be okay. The biggest change with more FETs is that turn-on/off would be slower.

    The BQ76952 has a maximum DC charge-pump current of ~40-uA while maintaining a good drive current.
