When read the datasheet i came to know LED Driver Output PWM can be controlled in 2 ways.
1. direct I2C register write mode.
2. Program execution engines mode
I have following doubts
1. By default what mode will be in active ? Is there any HW/SW settings to ensure mode?
2. For I2C mode, Internal / External 32KHz clock is required or not?

The default mode is disable, you can configure the mode as you want via this register.
2. For I2C mode, Internal / External 32KHz clock is required or not?
You can use I2C mode whether internal or external 32KHz clock.
BTW, could you please tell me your application condition? We have the next generation device of LP5562 called LP5810, based on our new LBC9 process and higher performance, mostly the internal program animation function. I would like to recommend this device for you.
