What is the definition of VHI and IO from the equation(2)?
Also is VPU = Pull up voltage?

Hi Kei,

Thanks for your question. VHI is the minimum voltage that is specified to be read as a logic high, and IO is the output current. And, VPU is Pull up voltage as you noticed.
