USB fast charge with 12V supply

Hi Everybody!

What is your recommendation for a usb c fast charge in 5V and 9V with a 12v supply ?

I search the component to generate the supply and a compatible component to drive USB D+, D-, CC1 and CC2
I see many reference exist and i'm lost for find the good one because almost components are very complicated with many pins and programmable registers

    Hi Vivien,

    What do you mean by fast charge? At what power levels?

    If you are looking for Qualcomm Fast Charge, we do not have a USB-C PD controller that supports that feature.

    In general, you will need a PD controller, and a compatible DC-DC converter (in this case, a buck converter should work). The PD controller and buck must have some way of communicating changes in voltage and power requirements.
