Hello,

The REF200 is an older part, and we unfortunately do not have TINA or PSPICE models. What key specifications are needed? We have various other solutions depending on the application.

I need to have a precise and extremely low noise current source/sink (less than 30pA/sqrt(Hz)) able to cancel the DC offset of a transimpedance amplifier (caused by a 3mA current offset). Thus I am planning to inject a opposite direction current in order to cancel the DC component at the output of the TIA.

Thank you for sharing the schematic. The REF200 has a noise rating of 20pA/sqrt(Hz) and is the best device we have for your application.
