Hi,
I want to design 100 V AC to 100V DC, 80A power supply for a Brushless DC motor. Do you have any reference design that I could use?
Kind regards,
Bright

Hello Bright,
Summary of requirements:
We do not have any reference designs at such a high output power level.
For analog controllers, a design using the UCC28070A interleaved CCM PFC controller (https://www.ti.com/product/UCC28070A) followed by the UCC28951 PSFB controller (https://www.ti.com/product/UCC28951) is a good fit. Isolation will be important for a high power level in your DC/DC conversion.
You can also try more advanced topologies, such as totem-pole PFC. These topologies require a digital controller, such as the UCD3138 (https://www.ti.com/product/UCD3138).
