Hi,

Currently using LM5116, testing it several times may burn out the chip. What is the reason?

Hello Reed

The device damage is usually caused by an electrical overstress. If you can, please check which pins are damaged.

If you can measure before the device is damaged, please check the voltage spike at the SW pin.
