Customer feedback refers to the design of LM5013,24V input and 5V output, the efficiency is only 85%, please help to check the schematic.

Hi Ning,

What is the corresponding load current for the 85% efficiency data? Also can you confirm the test point of Vin and Vo of the customer's board?

Hi Ning,

Is the RC snubber populated? RC snubber will make the efficiency lower. You can make RC NC and see the efficiency improvement. And one way to cross check is measuring the thermal. You can compare the thermal data with our EVM under the same test condition and see if there is any difference.
