Can you please provide me the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number for the inductor used on the top of the TPSM83100? I understand this product is a substrate with an inductor integrated/soldered on top as per below image from the Mouser page on the part (https://www.mouser.com/new/texas-instruments/ti-tpsm83100-tpsm83101-buck-boost-modules/)
