I am cascading 2 parts of power sequencer IC ( UCD9090A).

How i have to program cascaded ICs at same time?

How i have to monitor signals both ICs at same time?

Could you please share related document for power sequence programming.

If both UCD are on the same bus, you can not program at the same time.

If they are on different i2c bus, you can program at the same time.

Please refer section 9.5/6 to use data flash hex or data flash script file

Can we monitor the signals parallelly in cascade mode (connected 2 iC's in cascade mode)

The monitoring is irrelevant with cascading. You have to have a physical connection.

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve here, could you please be more specific?
