    Hi JH,

    TPS7B8480QWDRBRQ1  is what I'd recommend. It's for battery-connected applications, rated to 150mA output current, and is 8V fixed output like R1514H080B-T1-JE.

    TPS7B84-Q1'S Key points of improvement over the Nisshinbo device include:

    (1) Smaller and more thermally efficient package (2x2 wettable flanks SON, RθJA=50.8°C/W)

    (2) Wider operating temperature range (-40 to 125°C ambient)

    (3) Tighter accuracy (±0.75% maximum across line/load/temperature)

    (4) Much lower dropout for system efficiency (225 mV maximum at 150 mA load)
