LMZM33606: welding problems

hi team,

my customer is using LMZM33606RLXR and they found that the pin 33 &35 & 37 are short after the welding.

the highest temp during the welding process is 237℃ and the failure rate is about 14%. Do u have any advice on the case?

Did customer follow our layout and stencile recommend for PCB building, for reflow, customer can follow MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles in below link .
