We use BQ7695202 version , and use REG1 supply isolate I2C pull up ,but if we start up ,the REG1 output get low like below ,could u give us some suggstion.

This looks like the REG1 output is hitting its maximum current output. When this happens, voltage drops to 0-V. Check the current flowing out of the device.

Could u give the calculation formula for the relationship in the LDO section of 952 similar to BQPL455.

Hello Gabriel,
There is no formula for this. The PL455 is a completely different device with a different architecture.
REGIN serves to power the internal LDO. The current limit and LDO behavior at different loads is explained in the datasheet.
