Is such information available?
Or is there a document confirming that the internal building blocks of the LM74500-Q1 are the same of the LM74700-Q1?

Hi Luca,
FIT rate for LM74500-Q1 will be available by next week. Document confirming that the internal building blocks are same is the datasheet of LM74500-Q1 and LM74700-Q1.
Their block diagrams are the same. Just LM74500-Q1 doesn't have the RCB feature.
