Which TPS6594 NVM are you referring to? What is the value of register 0x31?
sorry, GPIO 4 pin is configured as an input, NVM is the factory default setting,and the value of register 0x31 is 0x20. And We have only found this problem on one board so far. We want to know what may be the causes of this problem?

I have a question about your PMIC, could you read the first three register values and post here? I need them to confirm a possible explanation.
I'm assuming as of right now this is a TPS6594133A part, which does have GPIO4 as an input.
The pullup resistor is what value?

Yes, It's TPS6594133A, and I don't understand which register values you need,so I re-read all the IO port registers,as follows
Register address 0x31 0x32 0x33 0x34 0x35 0x36 0x37 0x38 0x39 0x3A 0x3B
Value 0x22 0x42 0x50 0xd0 0x1 0x3 0x30 0x18 0x1 0x10 0x43
And the pullup resistor is 10 kΩ.

this seems to be hardware related from the signal diving the input to GPIO4.
Could you either link the schematic & check the signal driving side from the SoC/MCU?

The GPIO 4 is connected to 3.3V through a 10K pull-up resistor. And only one board has this problem, so we suspect it may be a chip problem.

I am not ruling that out, but I find that is unlikely, could you send me in private a message with the schematic?
If not, could you at least tell me what is on the other side of the GPIO4 bus?
It can be either from the other side of the GPIO or the layout itself might have caused an issue.
