How can I understand the IIH,EN?

The max value of REN is 500KΩ. Then the input current will be 5V/500KΩ=10uA which is less than 14uA. The EN pin maybe not be drived.

Hi Song,

This is just the typical current that is pulled into the IN pin during VIN=5V. The device is not a BJT style device that requires a BASE current to operate.

Please note that we do not spec a min or max and this is only to take into account the scenario of driving many inputs from one GPIO/MCU output.

For this device, we recommend using a 5kOhm protection resistance.
