The datasheet of TPS2640 does state an ESD protection level of 1000V (HBM) for the device pins.
My question is: Does the above mentioned values also apply to the IN and OUT pins of the device
or do these pins provide a higher ESD protection?
Anyway we will add some capacitors to the IN and OUT Pins which will vastly improve the
ESD protection level, but i want it to know for sure.
