TL431: power dissipation at 85 degrees or graph other the temperature range for SOT-89 package ?

We need to find out working replacement for the ZR431GTA EOL 03/2024 for the further pcb update and production.
That is Intrinsic Safety Certified device and we need to provide power dissipation characteristics at 85 C degrees to CSA Agency.

Could you please advise power dissipation at 85 degrees or graph other the temperature range for the following parts in SOT-89 package

TL431AQPK
TL431BIPK
TL431AIPK
TL432IPK
TL432QPK
TL432AQPK

Hello Ivan,

You can use the thermal information in this table to calculate the thermal capabilities of the SOT-89 PK package.

This paper explains how to calculate thermal and power handling using these specs.

The power dissipation will vary greatly depending on the PCB design
