I want to create a converter based on www.ti.com.cn/.../snvu096.pdf , but I can’t find the information about transformer T10 and inductor L10. Is there any alternative material available?
It seems the magnetics were custom designed for this EVM by National Semiconductor and this is probably why we don't see a manufacturer or part numbers for the transformer or inductor. The designer used EFD15 cores for both designs.

Not necessarily true but you are proposing to design an isolated DC/DC converter, assumed to be an active clamp topology. You should have a fundamental understanding of switching power converters such as the basic single-switch, forward topology and including a thorough understanding of whatever PWM controller you choose. You should also have at least a working knowledge of magnetics design. If you are unable to design the transformer and inductor your self, there are many magnetics vendors who can work with you to help provide samples but you would need to provide the specifications.
As far as "re-implementing" the circuit, why did you select LM5025? The design you referenced is only 20W output power. Depending on your design requirements, there are better power topology choices that could work at this power level. There are many TI PWM controllers that have more available application notes, ref design examples, simulation models and EVMs compared to LM5025.

Steve
Does this mean that no one is using LM5025 anymore? Additionally, do you have any recommendations for other PWM IC?
How can I recommend other PWMs when you have not provided even a single design requirement? Click the hyperlink I provided in my previous response and you can parametrically search all available TI PWM controllers.
