Dear Ti colleague
Regarding the resistor highlighted in red in the above figure. Currently, based on your suggestion, a 10M Ω resistor is being used. May I ask if this resistor can be changed to 1M Ω or 2M Ω. What is the minimum resistance that this resistor can use? We hope you can tell us. Thank you.

    Hello Kang,

    This is probably fine, either 1MOhm or 2MOhm. But current out of the pin would be higher.

    The purpose of the resistor is to avoid leakage currents on this pin when the part is in SHUTDOWN.
