If R(CS) is set larger than VCS(lin)/ICS, The read Vcs can be equal to VCS(H).
If above happens, will the fault pin pulled to low?

Hi Song,
The maximum output of the SNS pin is the VCSFH. So if the RCS is too high, the sense circuitry will be saturated.
We do not recommend operating the device since there will be overlap between expected currents and the fault operation. Therefor, if possible please keep expected linear operation to 4V on the SNS pin. The FLT pin will not go low until a true fault is triggered.
Thanks,
Shreyas
