Hello Shinichi,

Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The avalanche energy rating specified in the datasheet is for a single pulse. TI does not rate or recommend operating our FETs in repetitive avalanche as we cannot guarantee their reliability. As explained in the blog at the link below, TI tests UIS to destruction and derates for the datasheet spec. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
