Thanks for reaching out to us!

LM74700-EP (-55c - +125c) has a wider operating temperature range than LM74700-Q1 (-40c - +125c) whereas LM74700-Q1 is an automotive AEC Q-100 certified device.

Functionality of both the devices are same. The EVM schematics are valid for both the devices.

Hi Shiven,

Besides operating temperature and AEC Q-100, is there any other difference? Just like other spec? We need a detail compare list as I am convincing customer transfer LM74700-EP to LM74700-Q1 because of cost. Thanks.

There may be very minute Iq difference of <5uA. Otherwise, everything is the same.
