Hi Austin,

TPS54680IPWPRAN looks to be an obsolete custom part number based on TPS54680PWP. I can only find very incomplete information about this obsolete PN in some of our systems. It looks like no datasheet is available anymore. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot answer your question about differentiating TPS54680IPWPRAN and TPS54680PWP.

Considering in addition that the devices in your possession are about 20 years old, which is very old even under ideal storage conditions, we would strongly recommend against using/selling them.
