TPS62140A: About size and MSL

1. Rev B drawing was in old format.

Rev F drawing was updated to the standard format.

At the same time, we made adjustment based on latest guidelines.

Please follow the new version of datasheet.

2. As I know, Clark A/T will also upgrade the MSL of the device to MSL1, it's on process.

As Shuai mentioned, I checked the datasheet version change, the thermal pad information change in datasheet happens in the change from revision D to revision E. In datasheet revision D, that dimension is 1.70±0.10mm. In datasheet revision E, that dimension was updated to 1.68±0.07mm.

That datasheet change happens in SEPTEMBER 2016. And corresponding PCN number for this datasheet change from revision D to revision E is 20161031005.
