Hi,
I downloaded TPSF12C1-Q1 design excel tool. When I change some parameters the graphs are destroyed, and even if I turned the default values they were not fixed. How can I solve this problem?
Thanks.

Hi Mustafa,
Can you let us know which parameters you changed to create this issue? Which version of the calculator are you using? The latest version of the quickstart calculator was uploaded yesterday, I believe. Please download the latest version and try again.

Hi Ben,
I am using the latest version _A9. As far as I observed most of the parameters will create this issue. For example, if you change the system type from three phase to single phase It will turn off the plots above. One more example, for example Cd1 is given 8.2 nF default. If you change this value to 8nF, with very small change, the graphs also destroyed.
Thanks.
Hi Mustafa,
Can you tell me which version of excel/MS office and the OS you are currently using on your computer?
Another thing to try is to ensure the macros are enabled (there is a popup when the file is opened) and click on "RESET SELECTED VALUES" and see if this procedure fixes your issue.
If the above suggestion does not fix your issue, please attach the spreadsheet/calculator you are using to this thread so I can have a look.
Thanks,
Ben
Hi Ben,
When I toggle parameters I realized something. If you toggle Step 2 parameters the graphs was fixed. But at the end the first selection was selected. I think there is a bug in the excel. You can refer the same excel on the website with A9 subscript.
Thanks for the replies.
