Customer use BQ34Z00, after exporting the firmware and importing it again, the EV2400 cannot communicate.

Hello,

Make sure to update to the latest BQStudio version. Then make sure to update to the latest firmware version for the EV2400. Lastly, make sure
the gauge is not in sealed mode.
