Thank you for your question! In 2011 Texas Instruments acquired National Semiconductor, Texas Instruments completes acquisition of National Semiconductor. This device was originally designed by National, hence why the logo is the National Semiconductor logo. This isn't any cause for concern here. Another good way to verify is checking the topside markings in our " Part Marking lookup" tool. This device matches the expected topside markings as well.
