SMBUS communication with BQ78PL116

Hello,

While the MCU send address 0X16 to BQ78PL116, there is no acknowledge from BQ78PL116. The signal was confirmed by the oscilloscope.

BQ20Z95 and BQ78PL116 both use SMBUS as communication interface, but why could the same address get acknowledge from BQ20Z95?
