LM5069: About variation in Current Limit

Part Number: LM5069

Hello,

I am an FAE for a distributor that handles TI products.
I received a question from a customer about the variation in Current Limit.
(Question 1)
I previously obtained information about the standard deviation of VCL from the thread below.
The customer thought that this standard deviation value was large and contacted me with the following information.
If -8% is the standard deviation, σ=55*(1-0.92)=4.4.
Ave-3σ=55-4.4*3=41.8mV, which is below the lower specification limit.
Is the standard deviation of ±8% true?
Does it mean that it is the parameter with a very high yield rate?
Please let me know if you have any opinions on this.
(Question 2)
The MIN and MAX of Isense (=23uAtyp) are not listed, could you please provide information about the variation?
There is no need to vouch for that information.
If possible, please provide reference information for variations.

Best regards,
