Hi Po,

How are you disconnecting the cells and reinstalling them?

It may be that while reinstalling the battery a transient is causing a cell to trigger an OV fault, and the cell's actual voltage is above the recovery threshold.

I'm not exactly sure how Po resolved the behavior for their system, but perhaps they can comment on their solution.

For your specific case, I recommend creating a new E2E thread and providing details on your test setup and conditions there.
